Allegheny County Police said one man has died, and another was taken to the hospital after a shooting at a bar in West Elizabeth late Saturday night.Officers responded just after 10:30 p.m. to the parking lot of Beer Belly’s bar on 5th Street. There, first responders found the two victims. Medical examiners identified the man who died as Edward Gibson, 36. Police said Jacob Snyder, 26, has been arrested in Jefferson Hills after he ran away from the scene. He faces criminal homicide, attempted homicide and aggravated assault charges.
