Shaitan Box Office Collection Day 3: Starring Ajay Devgn, Jyothika and R Madhavan and directed by Vikas Bahl, Shaitan is doing well at the box office.
The film was released in theaters on March 8. The film was loved by critics and audiences alike. According to a report by Sacnilk.com, the horror-thriller has collected massively in its opening weekend.
According to the portal, Shaitan opened with a collection of Rs 14.75 crore in India on Friday and collected Rs 18.75 crore on Saturday. The film grossed around Rs 20.5 crore on Sunday.
So its total collection is Rs 54 crores. On Sunday, the penetration of Hindi was 36.24 percent. The morning show had 21.35 percent occupancy, while the afternoon show had 37.61 percent and the evening show 48.58 percent. However, during the night show, it slightly decreased to 37.40 percent.

This horror movie is directed by Vikas Bahl. Presented by Geo Studios, Devgan Films and Panorama Studios, Shaitan is produced by Ajay Devgan, Jyoti Deshpande, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak.
Shaitan is a Hindi remake of the 2023 Gujarati horror film Wash, written and directed by Krishnadev Yagnik.
Shaitan, which also stars Ajay Devgan and R Madhavan, sees Jyothika essaying the role of Janaki Bodiwala's mother. Jyothika spoke to ANI about playing a mother on screen and being a mother in real life.
He said, “There are many sequences in the film that show the love and affection of a mother for her children, that's why I gave the nod to the film. I think the whole time this movie reminds you how responsible we should be for a girl.
