WE SEE THE DARKER SHADES OF LOU WHICH IS AN INDICATOR OF HEAVIER SNOWFALL HEADING INTO ALLEGHENY, WESTMORELAND, INDIANA, MOST OF FAYETTE, NORTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTH OF THE CITY IN BUTLER, LAWRENCE, BEAVER AND ALONG I-80 AS WELL. ALL OF THAT SNOW IN OHIO HAS TO CONTINUE TO SPEND IN OUR DIRECTION SO WE ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO SEE THE SNOWFLAKES. WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1:00 TODAY FOR THE ENTIRE REGION. LOW VISIBILITY WITH OUR ACTION CAM OVER THE CITY. LOW VISIBILITY ALL AROUND THE REGION, MOST AREAS LESS THAN THREE MILES VISIBILITY. IF YOU DON’T HAVE TO GO OUT, BEST BET IS TUESDAY IN. IT IS GOING TO BE A 1-2 PUNCH FOR US TODAY. WE HAVE THE SNOW SHOWERS BUT THEN WE WILL GET WENDY INTO THE AFTERNOON. AS MOST SPOTS ARE IN ETH MID TO UPPER 20’S BUT STILL FEELS LIKE THE TEENS AND UERPP 20’S,0 2 IN PITTSBURGH, 16 GREENSBURG, 17 IN MONROEVILLE. A winter storm warning remains in effect for the western Pennsylvania area until 1 p.m. Monday as snow continues to fall.Click the video player above to watch the latest forecast. Then, the heaviest snow accumulation of the winter event began overnight and lasted into the early AM hours. Scattered snow showers will continue on Monday. Lake effect snow showers will linger into Monday afternoon. There will be some gusty winds up to 30 mph later Monday.
