His best years on the court are behind him. At 36 years old, Stephen Curry is already preparing for his future away from the NBA. The Warriors superstar seems attracted to Hollywood and is currently working on a new comedy series called Trick Shot. It will be a comedy about the world of the NBA.
“Trick Shot is a fun and spirited project that takes us back to the big dreams we had when we were kids,” entrusts Stephen Curry. “Working alongside our partners, we are excited to develop this story that will warm audiences’ hearts, showing what happens when the impossible becomes reality.”
What will it actually talk about? Trick Shot will be a sort of fantasy series, centered on a teenage schoolboy who is dismal at basketball and finds himself the victim of a freak accident. He suddenly can't miss a single shot! The ultimate dream of every player… His new talent in basketball leads him to become an unexpected recruit to the NBA, where he will soon be an integral part of his favorite team…
Stephen Curry This is not his first attempt. He first signed a first film as executive producer, with the drama Breakthrough (2019). Since then, we have seen him as a guest star in the series Ballers opposite Dwayne Johnson and he produced the animated series Good Timescurrently on Netflix.
