Rachel Zegler Becomes Snow White in Live Action: First Trailer

The film will be released in theaters next spring.

“Magic mirror on the wall, who has perfect and pure beauty?” Bad surprise for Gad Gadot : the evil queen will discover that another young woman has double-crossed her! Rachel Zeglerstar of the last Hunger Games and of West Side Story by Steven Spielberg, puts on the yellow dress of Snow Whitefor this new live action from Disney.

At D23, the studio unveiled the first official trailer, which reveals a dreamlike fantasy film, where cult songs will be reinterpreted. We can already hear the famous “Whistle while you work” in the video. We also get a first glimpse of the Seven Dwarves, who will not quite be the “magical creatures” once mentioned, but rather small beings… Except that they will appear in CGI, probably dubbed in motion capture by small actors.

The rest of the story will be, a priori, consistent with the fairy tale we know: there will be the prince, the witch, the poisoned apple, etc.

Directed by Marc Webb, Snow White will be released in theaters on March 19, 2025.
