After the success of the series George & Tammywith Michael Shannon, Jessica Chastain returns to the big screen to Memorya moving drama by Mexican director Michel Franco, Un Certain Regard Jury Prize for April Girls (in 2017) and Grand Jury Prize for New order at the 2020 Venice Film Festival. She leads a strange and moving pas de deux with Peter Sarsgaard.
The synopsis: “Sylvia leads a simple life, structured by her daughter, her work and her AA meetings. However, her reunion with Saul turns their lives upside down, awakening painful memories that each had buried until then.”
