Those About to Die: Is a season 2 planned?

French actress Sara Martins tells us that a sequel is possible.

Launched yesterday on Prime Video, the great epic Those About to Die has released its ten episodes at once. The dive into the Roman arena was spectacular. But will it have a sequel?

The French actress Sara Martinswho plays Cala, tells us that a season 2 of Those About to Die is quite possible, even if it is not yet in the pipeline:

“There is an ending that exists, at the end of season 1, but it's an open ending. There is definitely room for a season 2.” she said to Première. “Everything is done so that we can make a sequel. I hope so in any case. After all, the Roman Empire lasted another 4 centuries after Vespasian so there are still things to do” she smiled.

For now, season 2 of Those About to Die was not ordered by Prime Video.
