After a sumptuous first teaser, Netflix today unveils the new trailer for its animated series Twilight of the Godsproduced and co-created by Zack Snyder. A video that introduces us to its two Nordic heroes, Leif and Sigrid, two warriors who fall in love and decide to get married while knowing that their marriage will anger the gods. Thor then attacks and eliminates a number of their relatives, which pushes Sigrid and Leif to recruit Loki to help them in their mission of revenge against the god of thunder…
Twilight of the Gods will be released on Netflix on September 19th and will offer a spectacular new animated exploration of Norse mythology.In a mythical world of great battles, deeds and despair, Leif, a mortal king, is saved in battle by Sigrid, an iron-willed warrior with whom he falls in love. Co-creation of Zack SnyderJay Oliva and Eric Carrasco, the series Twilight of the Gods was produced by Stone Quarry Animation studio. Zack Snyder directed the first and last episodes.
