“MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics,” which will include a total of seven fighting game titles, centered around “MARVEL vs. CAPCOM,” the dream clash between popular characters from Marvel (then written as Marvel) and Capcom, will be released in 2024.

Videos introducing all of these titles will be released one after another. The first video is for “X-Men: Children of the Atom.”

A fighting game based on the popular Marvel comic “X-Men” that first appeared in arcades in 1994. While inheriting the game system established in “Street Fighter II,” it sublimated the superhuman powers of mutants into fighting game battles. Popular heroes and villains, including Wolverine and Cyclops, participated in the game.

“MARVEL vs. CAPCOM Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics,” which includes legendary titles that it is no exaggeration to say helped popularize Marvel heroes in Japan in the 1990s and 2000s, will be released in 2024.
