New Delhi: Several people have been hit by gunshots at a shopping mall in the capital Denmark’s Copenhagen on Sunday, said Danish police as reported by the news agency AFP.

The city’s police tweeted that “shots have been fired and several people have been hit” at the Field’s mall. “We are present in large numbers,” they said.
The shooting took place at the Field’s shopping center, one of the largest shopping centers in Scandinavia. “One person has been arrested in connection with the shooting,” Copenhagen Police tweeted. “We have a large presence in the field and are working to get an overview. We will update here as soon as possible,” the official added in a tweet.
