Virgin River, season 6: date and first look

Netflix's fireside soap is getting ready to make its return.

After the double Christmas episode, Virgin River is back as autumn slowly sets in. As you relight the fireplace and take out the blankets, Virgin River is announced with a season 6 which now has a date.

This new season will be released on Netflix on Thursday, December 19 with all 10 episodes, the streamer revealed today.

And the official synopsis already promises us some juicy twists and an edifying flashback: “With the romantic spring wedding of Mel and Jack as a backdrop, this sixth season promises new twists and turns, tormented love triangles, joyful turbulence around marriage, without forgetting the secrets of Mel's father's past which will make us discover the magic and the Virgin River mystery of the 1970s.“
