Planning for a drama version of the “Harry Potter'' series, which continues to be extremely popular all over the world, is progressing steadily. Although some members of the original cast have ruled out returning to the series, Oliver and James Phelps, who played Weasley twins George and Fred, are positive.
Oliver and James, who appeared in “Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince” (2008), “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1” (2010), and “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2″ (2011), of Deadline In an interview, Oliver said of the drama version, “I'm looking forward to watching it.We don't know as much about what's going on as everyone else, but everything is the same as in Potter, which we were involved in.'' If so, they're doing it to a high standard. So I hope whoever plays the characters we play has as much fun as we do.” He has shown his support for the drama version and seems to have no resistance to the reboot.
Following Oliver, James commented, “I'm an actor, so I could use him, right? Oliver and James are supporting the drama version and are open to appearing in it, but Jared Harris, the son of the late Richard Harris who played the original Dumbledore in the movie series and an actor himself, is not interested in the drama version. In addition, Daniel Radcliffe, who played the role of Harry Potter, is looking forward to the completion of the drama version, but has declared that he will not be appearing in the drama.
