Bruce Timm, who directed the beloved '90s version, is also back to direct. Caped Crusader. But if the look seems similar, the background seems much harder. Produced by JJ Abrams And Matt Reeves – director of the Batman with Robert Pattinson – Batman: Caped Crusader will tell the story of the Dark Knight's first steps in Gotham City. While the city fears this avenger who does not respect the laws and frees himself from the police, Batman makes it his mission to put a crowd of criminals out of action. Harley Quinn, Two-Face and The Penguin are all seen in the video.
In the vocal casting, we will hear Hamish Linklater as Batman/Bruce Wayne (in the original version), Christina Ricci will be Catwoman/Selina Kyle, Jamie Chung as Harley Quinn/Dr. Harleen Quinzel and Diedrich Bader will double Harvey Dent/Two-Face.
Batman: Caped Crusader will be released on August 1 on Prime Video.
