And behind the scenes! Because between his VIP visit to the Louvre and his dinners in starred establishments, the rapper and actor never misses an opportunity to make Paris shine.

Very present on social networks since he carried the Olympic Flame on July 26, Snoop has multiplied memorable photos and videos. Particularly in the presence of champions, whether it is the multi-medal swimmer Michael Phelps for a special swimming lesson, an improvised choreography with the American gymnast who is creating the event this year, Simone Biles, or a horse riding session with the businesswoman passionate about horse racing, Martha Stewart. Each time, he listens to their advice and/or tries his hand at their discipline with a smile on his face, with his legendary laziness.

Experiences that also allow him to hit the jackpot, since he is actually covering the 2024 Olympic Games for NBC, which reportedly paid no less than $8.5 million to have Snoop Dogg as a special reporter, tasked with live commentary on all sorts of events, from weightlifting to basketball to triathlon. He would thus receive $500,000 per day, not including his hotel room, meals and travel.

A huge salary, which is partly explained by the fact that in the United States, the Olympics are not very popular. Several of the country's champions win medals, but on television, the broadcasts of the sporting events do not generate audience ratings, unlike in our country, where the France Télévisions channels record very good scores during the fortnight.

NBC, which bought the exclusive broadcast rights to the Olympics for the American market, therefore came up with a way to create entertainment around the different sports presented this year, and decided to hire Snoop Dogg as the channel's real salesman.
