Sunny and dry for Sunday

ANOTHER WARMING TREND AS WE HEAD INTO THE NEXT WEEK. IT STARTS TOMORROW. SKIES MAINLY CLEAR ON ACTION CAM. YOU CAN SEE A FEW OF THOSE FAIR WEATHER CIRRUS CLOUDS OUT THERE FOR US AS WE LOOK FROM WILKINSBURG. IT’S BEEN A VERY NICE DAY TODAY. LOTS OF SUNSHINE, A LITTLE COOL, BUT WHAT WE SHOULD EXPECT FOR THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER, TEMPERATURES WILL DROP DOWN INTO THE MIDDLE AND UPPER 30S. TONIGHT COULD BE A LITTLE COLDER NORTH OF THE CITY. WILL FINISH IN THE AS WE HEAD TOMORROW INTO THE MIDDLE 60S. THAT PUTS US ABOUT 6 TO 8 DEGREES ABOVE WHERE WE SHOULD BE FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR, AND ABOUT FIVE DEGREES WARMER THAN WHERE WE MADE IT TODAY. SO AGAIN, OUT THE DOOR TOMORROW MORNING, YOU MAY WANT A SLIGHTLY THICKER JACKET AND THEN DOWNGRADE THROUGH THE DAY AS WE CLIMB INTO THE 60S, WE’LL START ADDING SOME HIGH CLOUDS BACK TOMORROW. BUT LIKE TODAY, AMPLE SUNSHINE MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE, WE’LL START TURNING PARTLY CLOUDY ON MONDAY, BUT A WARM START AND WARM FINISH AS HIGHS ON MONDAY SHOULD CLIMB INTO THE LOWER 70S. AS WE HEAD THROUGH THE DAY AND THEN MIDDLE TO UPPER 70S FOR US ON TUESDAY. SO ELECTION DAY LOOKS GREAT. WE WILL SEE MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES THROUGH THE DAY, BUT WE’RE DRY AS WE HEAD THROUGH ELECTION DAY. RAIN CHANCES WON’T GET HERE LIKELY UNTIL AFTER MIDNIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY MORNING. WEDNESDAY WE’LL SEE SOME RAIN SHOWERS, BUT THIS DOES NOT LOOK TO BE DROUGHT BUSTING, WHICH WE NEED A BIG DOSE OF RAIN FOR US TO KIND OF GET OUT OF THIS DROUGHT THAT DOESN’T LOOK TO HAPPEN AS WE HEAD INTO WEDNESDAY, OR AS WE LOOK INTO THE REST OF NEXT WEEK, EITHER 37 AS YOU’RE OUT THE DOOR TEMPERATURE TOMORROW MORNING, SUNRISE BECAUSE OF OUR TIME CHANGE IS BEFORE 7:00. SO FOR EARLY MORNING RUN, YOU ACTUALLY HAVE SOME LIGHT. TOMORROW, 65 WHERE WE WILL FINISH THOSE HIGH CLOUDS. BUILD IN OTHERWISE COMFORTABLE SUNSET. TOMORROW IS AT 5.15. 73 THOUGH ON MONDAY, 78 ON TUESDAY AGAIN WE WILL INCREASE THE CLOUDS, BUT WE ARE DRY FOR ELECTION DAY, SO WHETHER YOU’RE VOTING EARLY DURING THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY OR BY THE TIME OUR LATE AS POLLS BEGIN CLOSING, TEMPERATURES THAT WILL BE NICE WILL BE IN THE 70S MOST OF THE DAY ON TUESDAY. SO FANTASTIC FOR ELECTION DAY. RAIN SHOWERS ARE HERE WEDNESDAY AT 70, AND THEN THOSE RAIN SHOWERS WILL KNOCK OUR TEMPERATURES DOWN. WE’RE IN THE 60S AS WE HEAD THROUGH THE BACK PART OF NEXT WEEK, AND INTO NEXT WEEKEND. RIGHT

Sunny and dry for Sunday

Ample sunshine continues Sunday with clouds slowly increasing late as a warm front lifts north through the area. Highs skyrocket into the 70s for Monday and Tuesday with a possible record high again Tuesday. Our next system is here Wednesday early morning to bring a few showers and knock or highs back into the middle 60s, which is still above average, through late next week. With rainfall expected to be light, this will do nothing to our ongoing drought. Our next chance of rain doesn’t arrive until next week.Tonight: Clear. Low of 37.Tomorrow: Mostly sunny. High of 65.Monday: Partly cloudy. High of 73. Low of 45.
