Spider-Man 4 has a release date, it will be in 2026

The film will closely follow Avengers: Doomsday in the Marvel Universe schedule.

It’s a carefully woven communication. For a few days, Tom Holland multiplies the declarations around Spider-Man 4raising the buzz around the highly anticipated sequel to Now Way Home (2021). After confiding that he had read the script, with his partner Zendayathe young 28-year-old actor announced at the beginning of the week, at Jimmy Fallonthat the launch of production was around the corner: “Next summer we will start filming. Everything is ready, we are almost there. I'm eager to !”

Riding on this proper tease, Marvel revealed this weekend the official release date of Spider-Man 4 : the film will arrive in cinemas on Friday July 24, 2026 in the United States (and certainly on Wednesday July 22, 2026 in France, date to be confirmed).

A date which is not insignificant, since it is located, in the MCU calendar, just after the release ofAvengers: Doomsdayscheduled for May 1, 2026. We can think that the weaver will play an important role there and that, logically, Spider-Man 4 will be influenced by events Doomsday.

Remember that the feature film will no longer be signed Jon Watts (like the three previous ones). He is the director of Shang-Chi, Destin Daniel Crettonwho will be in charge of Spider-Man 4.
