Apple is already ordering the sequel and the end of its mysterious science fiction drama.
Season 2 is still far from over. We've only just passed the halfway point. There are still 5 episodes left to watch. But already, Apple TV+ is announcing the sequel.
Season 3 and Season 4 of Silo have just been ordered, knowing that the fourth will be the last season, which will come “conclude the complete story, adapted from the Hugh Howey trilogy“.
“Adapting Hugh Howey’s novels in partnership with Apple has been an incredibly rewarding experience and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to tell this story in its entirety over four seasons,” comments the showrunner Graham Yost. “With these final two chapters of Silo in sight, we look forward to delivering a conclusion that will satisfy audiences, providing the answers to the many mysteries and questions that lie behind the walls of these silos.”
For the moment, no production or broadcast date for these seasons 3 and 4. We just know that Rebecca Ferguson will still be the star: “J“I love playing Juliette on screen and I'm immensely proud of what we've managed to create with Silo,” says the actress, also a producer. “I can't wait to dive, alongside our partners, into these two final seasons which promise to be captivating and will bring this dystopian story to a beautiful conclusion.”
Season 2 of Silo will end on Friday January 17, 2025 on Apple TV+ and also via MyCanal in France.
