A man has been arrested and charged with homicide after a 14-year-old Mercer County teen’s body was found dismembered after they had gone missing last month. DaShawn Watkins was charged with criminal homicide in the death of Pauly Likens, of Sharon. Likens had been missing since June 22.Pennsylvania State Police out of Mercer County said Wednesday that human remains were found at a number of remote locations around Shenango Lake on June 25. In the following days, more remains were found which showed evidence of dismemberment by “some type of cutting instrument.”The video showed a vehicle going from the lake to Riverwalk Apartments, where Watkins lived. During the investigation, police were able to get surveillance video that showed Watkins coming in and out of the building with multiple duffel and garbage bags. A search of his apartment found blood in several areas, including under the bathroom flooring.
