The Last Disturbance of Madeline Hynde is taking shape: they will be joined by Jodie Comer, Tom Bateman and Gemma Whelan.

It's still unclear what this contemporary psychological thriller will be about, but the cast is filling up quickly. After announcing its first star last May, Jodie Comer – next star of 28 years later – new names have been added to the poster for the next film by Kenneth Branagh : The Last Disturbance of Madeline Hynde.

Deadline recently announced that Patricia Arquettenotably known for True Romance And Lost Highwayas well as Michael Sheen (Good Omens, Underworld, Passengers) will also be there.

With them is found Tom Bateman (My friend Adele) – which with this film marks his third collaboration with the director. He was in fact present in The crime of the Orient Express And Death on the Nile. As well as Vicky McClure (This is England), Michael Balogun, Kristina Tonteri-Young (Warrior Nun), Karla Crome (Carnival Row), Gemma Whelan (Game Of Thrones) And Aiysha Hart.

For this film, Kenneth Branagh joins forces with the producers who supported him with Belfast – Oscar for best screenplay in 2022.

Recently seen in Oppenheimerthe British actor and director is known for his literary adaptations such as Frankensteina free rereading of Mary Shelley's work with Robert DeNiro, and his films based on the works of William Shakespeare (A lot of noise for nothing) and Agatha Christie, the latest of which was Mystery in Venice – coming to close his police trilogy.

With The Last Disturbance of Madeline Hyndethe Briton leaves the novelist for a completely different genre. Production has just started in the United Kingdom, ideal timing since Jodie Comer has just finished filming 28 years later.
