“A blind person could see the red flags on this team.. Work ethic issues, NEVER happen on good teams.. Readiness commitment issues, NEVER happen on good teams.. Late for meetings, NEVER arrives on good teams.. Late for/skips treatment, NEVER happens on good teams.. Franchise QB (Anthony Richardson) opted out of a match.. on 3rd down.. in the red zone.. because he was tired…NEVER HAPPENED in NFL history,” McAfee wrote.

“It's literally the only thing you need to tell someone (who knows the ball) and they could tell you everything about this team…”

He wrote that if a franchise quarterback left in the middle of a game because he was tired, the “immediate response” would be that the team had “no chance.”

“And to no one's surprise…this is the response from everyone who has ever played/coached the game before, but…the Colts blogs and fans who have been covering the Colts since 2020 and more recently knew better that everyone…I started attacking me personally and trying to run me out of town,” McAfee continued.

“When I said Joe Flacco gave us a better chance to win than AR immediately after the pick…I would have said whatever backup QB we had on the roster. It can't be that what is the face of your team doing.. that's just not possible… and in a more important aspect, AR thought it was okay to do that. It's a locker room problem… it's a cultural problem…it's an indicator of a loser attitude that shines through a build that was built by greats.

“I have no idea how they fix it… I don't think it's like a switch. 'Fine, we're going to go pro now' but… maybe it is, but what do I know about it?

“Oh wait…how was this all going to happen. I knew it.”

McAfee added that he would not renew his season tickets and hoped the team would return to winning ways.

“As a multi-year (non-renewable) season ticket holder and someone who has actively, on a daily basis, tried to contribute to this great city. I hope they become a good franchise again. This city deserves it. The OGs in the Colts building deserve it (equipment managers, coaches, ticketing, PR, sales)..and on the other hand, the players/coaches in this building deserve everything that happens to them. , your laziness and your lack unwarranted professionalism led to ANOTHER early vacation…which is probably what most of you bums were hoping for.

“I don't speak for the city…and I don't speak for all the former Colts players because I was just a punter…nominated for HOF 3 times now but nonetheless. .. I'm speaking from my own perspective… I have never seen a group waste as much opportunity, talent or money as this group.
