Is this just a diversion? While those nostalgic for 28 Days Later are in shock after seeing a zombie resembling Cillian Murphy in the trailer for 28 years later, an Englishman has just come forward and assures us that, in fact, he is the zombie. Not Murphy…

The Guardian interviewed the British art dealer Angus Neill who says he is this emaciated undead who appears briefly in the video:

“Danny Boyle told me he had always thought of me for the role. So we met, we hit it off and I agreed to take part. On set he has an extraordinary ability to hypnotize you, and working with him on the film was a very, very intense experience.”

Real revelation or false trail? In any case, the zombie in question still looked a lot like poor Jim from 28 days later.
