Tea time will ring once again at the American Embassy in London. After a remarkable and Emmy-nominated first season, The Diplomat returns for a second season where Keri Russell will be under more pressure than ever, judging by the trailer, posted online by Netflix (below).

The pitch for season 2: “A deadly explosion in the heart of London turns the world of American Ambassador Kate Wyler (Keri Russell) upside down.
