Join Telegram ChannelMore than 337,000 people clicked on the voter registration link that Taylor Swift shared on Instagram alongside her post supporting Vice President Kamala Harris this week.
Swift lent her support to Harris in a lengthy Instagram post shortly after Tuesday night's presidential debate. She also encouraged her 298 million followers to register to vote, including by creating a specific URL that redirected users to vote.org.
The General Services Administration, which runs the site, said more than 337,000 people had used Swift's link as of Wednesday afternoon, according to NBC News. The GSA did not immediately respond to a request from Fox News Digital for the total number of people who used Swift's link as of Thursday.
“I did my research and made my choice,” Swift wrote in her post. “It’s up to you to do your research and make your choice. I also want to say, especially to new voters: remember that in order to vote, you have to be registered! I also find it much easier to vote early. I’ll share where to register and where to find early voting dates and information in my post.”

Former President Trump said On Wednesday, he said he wasn't surprised by Swift's support for Harris. He affirmed that the singer-songwriter would always support the Democratic Party during a call to “Fox & Friends” Wednesday morning.

“It was just a matter of time. She couldn't […] “He may support Biden. If you look at Biden, you can't support him,” Trump said, adding that he was “not a Taylor Swift fan.”
“But she's a very liberal person. She always seems to support a Democrat. And she'll probably pay the price for that. […] on the market,” he added.

Trump joked during his call to “Fox & Friends” that he “really likes”[s] “Mrs. Mahomes is doing much better,” referring to Brittany Mahomes, the wife of The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
“She's a big Trump fan,” he added.
