Michael Madsen arrested for domestic violence

The Reservoir Dogs actor spent the night in police custody this weekend.

Quentin Tarantino's cult actor in Reservoir Dogs Or Kill Bill, Michael Madsen was arrested this weekend in Malibu for domestic violence following ” a disagreement ” between the actor and his wife, DeAnna Madsen.

Authorities at the Malibu/Lost Hill Police Department responded to a call shortly after midnight Saturday night. Officers were called in to arrest the 66-year-old actor for misdemeanor domestic violence against his wife. The actor was taken to the police station at 1:40 a.m.

After posting $20,000 bail, Michael Madsen was released from prison, but he faces prosecution. His lawyer is already moderating (via Variety): “It was a disagreement between Michael and his wife, which we hope will be resolved positively for both of them.”
