Lucy Liu in a haunted house for Steven Soderbergh: trailer

Presence will be a disturbing ghost story.

A family, a house, a ghost, a presence… Steven Soderbergh (which also comes out in March The Insider with Cate Blanchett and Michael Fassbender) launches into the horror genre film with Presencehis next feature film which unveils its trailer a few days before its American release (below).

The video highlights the hauntings this family of four will experience in their new home, told from the point of view of the unknown entity! The trailer also touches on the personal problems that will arise within the family, while dealing with the tricks and strange presence of the entity.

Presence is directed by Steven Soderbergh from a screenplay written by David Koep (Jurassic Park).

Lucy Liu will be the star of the cast alongside Chris Sullivan.

Released in France on February 5, 2025 in theaters.
