While waiting to find her in season 2 of The Last of Usthe rising actress Kaitlyn Dever will play a not very honest Instagrammer, in Apple Cider Vinegarof which we discover the first teaser (below). A new Netflix series for the one who made herself known in the streamer's mini-series Unbelievable (2019), before exploding for a few years in the brilliant series Dopesick (2021) from Disney.
Apple Cider Vinegar will tell an (almost) true story, recounting the rise and fall of a wellness empire, born from a lie. “When Instagram was born, two young women decided to cure their cancers through health and wellness, influencing their online communities all over the world. This would all be incredibly inspiring if all of this were true. .”
The story is inspired by Belle Gibson, an influencer who lied about her cancer and claimed to have cured a brain tumor thanks to her diet.
Alycia Debnam Carey (Fear the Walking Dead) And Aisha Dee (The Bold Type) complete the cast.
