Paul Rudd And Jenna Ortega will be the stars of this film written and directed by Alex Scharfman.
“A father (Rudd) and his daughter (Ortega) accidentally hit and kill a unicorn while on their way to a weekend away from the world. His billionaire boss (Richard E. Grant) will seek to exploit the miraculous healing properties of the creature” details the synopsis.
The darkly comic trailer details the sinister hit-and-run and the lengths Elliot and Riley go to to hide their crime. Eventually, they realize that the unicorn's blood and shavings from its horn can cure cancer…
Death of a Unicornproduced by Ari Asterwill also bring together the casting William PoulterTéa Leoni, Anthony Carrigan, Sunita Mani and Jessica Hynes. Theatrical release in spring 2025.
