Satoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin, currently holds the title of largest Bitcoin holder with 1.1 million BTC.
However, this status faces serious challenges. According to Bitcoin System, significant inflows into American spot ETFs have emerged following the recent Bitcoin price surge of around 8%, resulting in a change in the ranking of top BTC wallets.
Top Bitcoin Holders
Last week, nearly half a billion dollars flowed into this ETF, bringing total net inflows to nearly $20 billion. Reports suggest that the fund aims to accumulate reserves of 1 million BTC, potentially surpassing Nakamoto's holdings. The Spot Bitcoin ETF has reached 94% of their target, accumulating 93,853 BTC.
The current ranking of the largest Bitcoin holders is as follows:
- Satoshi Nakamoto: 1.1 million BTC
- Binance: 670,571BTC
- Black Rock: 370,842 BTC
- Micro Strategy: 370,842 BTC
- US Government: 203,239 BTC
- Chinese Government: 191,244 BTC
Many analysts believe that the success of spot Bitcoin ETFs could increase their positions if they surpass Nakamoto. However, this development may also raise concerns regarding the centralization of the Bitcoin market.
