Vice President Kamala Harris’ rally in Pittsburgh is changing locations, with the campaign announcing a list of special guests who will be in attendance.Harris’ rally, according to the “Vote for Freedom Rally” website, said she will now make remarks at Carrie Blast Furnaces in Rankin.
