Productions of NCIS or Grey's Anatomy are paused until the fires are brought under control.

The surrounding areas of Los Angeles are devastated by a gigantic fire and the entire Hollywood industry is being disrupted these days by the disaster. Many shoots have been interrupted as reported by FilmLA.

The permitting agency for filming in Los Angeles County has issued a notice that “staff resources usually available to support film production may not be available during the local state of emergency. The Los Angeles County Fire Department specifically ordered that all permits issued for filming in the communities of Altadena, La Crescenta, La Canada/Flintridge and Pasadena be revoked. Other license revocations are possible.”.

Although most film sets are not directly affected by these fires, the air quality is dangerous for health and residents are asked not to unnecessarily obstruct traffic on the roads.

Amazon has therefore decided to postpone the resumption of filming for season 2 of Falloutwhich was to take place in the Santa Clarita area. It could start this Friday.

CBS studios have interrupted filming of their series NCIS until the end of the week. Disney-20th, did the same with the production of Grey's Anatomy notably.

NBCUniversal said production of its series Hacks, Ted Or Suits: LA was stopped. No films are affected, as all of NBCU's feature films are filmed outside of Los Angeles, according to the release.

On the other hand, all Warner Bros. studios. in Burbank have completely closed due to the proximity of the fires, thus affecting the production of the series Abbott Elementary Or The Pitt.

A priori, these short-term disruptions should not impact the broadcast schedules of the series in question.
