A man has been arrested and charged with criminal homicide in connection with the death of a 2-year-old in Fayette County, police said Tuesday.Pennsylvania State Police said Emmanuel Thomas Dennis, 33, of Uniontown, was being held in the county jail without bail. In addition to homicide, an online docket lists charges of aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of children.A criminal complaint with more details of the arrest was not immediately available Tuesday morning.The coroner’s office has not announced a cause of death.
