Equalizer 4: Denzel Washington should finally return in a sequel!

The actor even mentions an Equalizer 5.

As he spoke a few days ago Black Panther 3 and a possible desire to retire, it seems that Denzel Washington is not going to leave without reprising the role of Robert McCall one last time.

One year after the release ofEqualizer 3which had still done well (the three films made $190 million at the worldwide box office), now Denzel Washington announcement Equalizer 4. Or even Equalizer 5 !

In a recent interview with Esquire, the actor Gladiator 2 confides having discussed with Sony Pictures the possibility of making a sequel:

“I told them I'd be willing to do another Equalizer, and so we're working on Equalizer 4 and Equalizer 5. More and more people are happy with that – people love those damn Equalizer movies. But I came to understand that the Equalizer films are also good for me, because they are for the audience. They want me to go hunt down the bad guys. 'We can't catch them, so go catch them!' And I say, okay! I'm going! Wait, I'll be right back!“

The fact remains that for the moment, no official announcement or release date for this possible Equalizer 4.
