End of filming for season 2 of Wednesday

Netflix also unveils a new, never-before-seen image.

Six months after its launch in Ireland, production of season 2 of Wednesday closed its doors.

Whispered for a few days, the end of filming is now official, confirmed by Netflix which also reveals a new photo, showing Jenna Ortega back as the Addams Family daughter. She is seen frowning and crossing her arms in front of a creepy setting – potentially a cemetery – with a Gothic door and two statues carrying lanterns behind her.

At the casting, Catherine Zeta-Jones And Luiz Guzman will return to play Morticia and Gomez. Emma Myers must also return to play his friend from Nevermore Academy. Among the new ones, we expect appearances from Christopher Lloyd and of Lady Gaga among others.

This season 2 of Wednesday will be broadcast in 2025 on Netflix.
