De Niro VS De Niro, trailer for the gangster movie “The Alto Knights” – A hard confrontation drama played by real mafia players

Robert De Niro VS Robert De Niro. A trailer has been released for the gritty mafia movie “The Alto Knights,'' in which the famous actors of “The Godfather Part II'' (1974) and “Goodfellas'' (1990) play two roles. It will be released in the US on March 21, 2025, distributed by Warner Bros.

In this film, which is based on a true story, De Niro plays Vito Genovese, the boss of Cosa Nostra, an Italian crime syndicate operating behind the scenes in New York, and Frank Costello, a mafia member who also expanded from Italy to the United States. Both men are said to be the inspiration for the mafia depicted in The Godfather.

The film, in which De Niro plays two roles, depicts the secret operations of two mafia men, centering on Genovese's assassination attempt on Costello. In the trailer, the two meet secretly, the two who grew up together clash in the underworld, Costello survives the shooting, and one of them announces that he is retiring from the mafia world, gradually tightening their fate. It unfolds with a clicking sound.

Co-stars include Cosmo Jarvis, who played a foreign navigator in the Emmy-winning and Golden Globe-winning “Shogun General,” as well as Debra Messing, Catherine Narducci, Michael Rispoli, Michael Adler, and Ed. Amatrudo, Joe Bacino, Anthony J. Gallo, Wallace Langham, Luis Mustillo, Frank Piccirillo, Matt Servitto, and Robert Uricola.
