At the beginning of 2022, Uncharted arrived in theaters, shortly after the worldwide success of its star Tom Holland thanks to Spider-Man: No Way Home. The actor hoped to double the stakes with this adaptation of the famous video game, still produced by Sony Pictures. The studio wanted to make it known that this new blockbuster led by the English actor would be even more spectacular than its superhero film, by focusing a large part of its promotion on the plane scene. A sequence which is unsurprisingly at the heart of the bonusesUncharted. It’s Holland himself who says it: “On Uncharted I've done crazier stunts than any I've done so far in my career…”

The actor clearly gave his all to Uncharted and admits that “it was really creepy. But it's also what gives real authenticity to this scene. In any case, it's to this day the hardest action sequence I've ever shot…”
