It has been decided that the latest work in the monumental science fiction horror series, “Alien: Romulus,'' will be available for unlimited viewing on Disney+ starting January 1, 2025. Shiver from the New Year!
This work features a production team that carries on the legacy of the series, including legendary filmmaker Ridley Scott, who directed the first film in the series and is said to be the creator of Alien, and a new generation of directors led by Fede Alvarez. Talent forms a new team. Returning to the origins of the first film, Alien, which can be said to be the origin and pinnacle of the series, it was produced with an emphasis on special effects without relying on green screens or CG. Everything from spaceship sets to moving aliens is created and photographed in amazing quality. We pursued the ultimate reality by bringing out the texture of the images that emerge from this, as well as the actors' fierce expressions. The director is Fede Alvarez, the genius who shocked the world with “Don't Breathe'' (2016).
The setting of this work is space, which can be called the ultimate closed room. A space station where six young people who have lost their way in life set foot in search of hope to live. However, what was waiting for them there was an “alien” that broke through the chest of the parasitic human and evolved at an abnormally fast rate. Moreover, its blood is acidic enough to dissolve all substances, making it impossible to attack. Can they escape from the strongest and most terrifying life form in the universe?
“Alien: Romulus” will be exclusively available for unlimited viewing on Disney Plus starting January 1, 2025.
