Pixar has just revealed a brand new trailer, with magnificent images, which reveals the galactic journey of this solitary toddler on Earth, and who will find his way in the stars.
Little boy”11 year old dreamer who hates playing outside“, uncomfortable in his sneakers and abandoned by his mother who works in a top secret military base, Elio will suddenly be taken for the “Chief of Earth“by Aliens who have finally received the messages that humanity has sent into the Cosmos. He will be teleported aboard their alien spaceship and transported to infinity and beyond… as “as an intergalactic ambassador of our planet!”
ELIO will be directed by Adrian Molina, who was the co-director of Coco in 2017. The film will feature a voice cast (in original version) by Jameela Jamil, Brad Garrett, America Ferrera and Yonas Kibreab.
The film will be released in June 2025 in cinemas in France. Remember that Pixar will reveal a little later Toy Story 5 (June 9, 2026) and The Incredibles 3 (2027).
