After Family Business and Fiasco, Igor Gotesman is preparing a new series at Netflix

Igor Gotesman has already had some success thanks to Family Business And Fiasco on Netflix, he will soon be in charge of a new series, Young Millionairesannounces Pauline Dauvin, VP Content for the brand with the Red N, in Le Film Français. Filming since this summer, “this gang comedy about the relationship to friendship and rites of passage will be made up of 8 episodes of 35 minutes, she details. Produced by Five Dogs, the series is created by Igor Gotesman, but also Carine Prevot, Mahault Mollaret, Tania Gotesman and Olivia Barlier. Here is its official synopsis:

“Friday the 13th in the 13th, Samia, Léo, David and Jess, high school students and lifelong friends, decide to force their luck with a lottery ticket: Jackpot! Pauline Dauvin also announced the launch of another French series at Netflix: Neroalso cut into 8 episodes, but 50 minutes long, this time. Allan Mauduit (Kabul Kitchen, Rebels…) and Ludovic Colbeau-Justin (Jack Mimoun and the secrets of Val Verde, Pamela Rose the series…) each directed four episodes in the company of Pio Marmaï, Olivier Gourmet, Alice Isaaz, Louis-Do de Lencquesaing on the casting side, with the support of Karé Production and from a screenplay by Martin Douaire, Jean-Patrick Benes, Raphaëlle Richet and Nicolas Digard.

“The development of this project lasted four years,” she explains. “This series will surprise. The action takes place in the 16th century, during the greatest drought in France. The series follows a hitman who will become a great romantic hero who will find his daughter in a great cape and sword adventure.”

No release date has yet been announced for these two series, but now that they are in production, they should logically arrive on the platform sometime in 2025.
