Squid Game 2 becomes Netflix's 3rd biggest season of all time

She has just dubbed season 4 of Stranger Things, to reach the podium of the most viewed series in the history of the platform.

It's not yet 456 billion, but it's already quite a bit… By passing the milestone of 150 million views in total, season 2 of Squid Game is officially the third most-watched series in Netflix history, behind the first season of the bloody South Korean drama (still far ahead with 265 million cumulative views) and season 1 of Wednesday (252 million).

Concretely, Squid Game 2 double today Stranger Things 4 to get on the podium. The penultimate chapter in Hawkins had totaled 142 million views as of 2023.
