YOU is coming to Netflix soon: are you ready for “a deadly farewell”?

The hit series with Penn Badgley will end in 2025. The teaser for season 5 begins…

Bye bye, YOU. Netflix has confirmed that its series with Penn Badgley in serial killer will return for a fifth and final season in 2025. The posters of which we discover this week “teasers” filled with winks and clues. You can count on “deadly farewells”its creators laugh in the teaser. “Guilty Treasures”we can read on the second visual, a play on words with the expression “guilty pleasure”.

“Joe Goldberg returns to New York to live peacefully…until his perfect life is threatened by the ghosts of his past and his own dark desires”warns the official synopsis of the last season.

Netflix clearly continues to play with “the ghosts of his past” on these images which refer to many people – both dead and alive – who have crossed Joe's path over the seasons. We recognize, in bulk: Guinevere Beck (Elizabeth Lail), Love Quinn (Victoria Pedretti), Tom Lockwood (Greg Kinnear), Marienne Bellamy (Tati Gabrielle), Benjamin “Benji” Ashby III (Lou Taylor Pucci), Delilah Alves (Carmela Zumbado), Malcolm Harding (Stephen Hagan), Adam Pratt (Lukas Gage) and Dr. Nicky (John Stamos).

Badgley finished filming the final season in August, following a fourth season of YOU relocated to London. Joe will therefore be back in New York for this latest intrigue initially announced at the end of 2024 on the platform. Fans will ultimately have to wait until 2025 to find out how his story ends… “Come on, Merry Christmas!”laughs the French CM of the streaming service. Will the show be ready early next year?
