A deep-sea survival film, based on a true story.

There is already the documentary available on Netflix. Last Breath tells the true story of a diver stuck at the bottom of the North Sea with only five minutes of oxygen in his tank… A signed doc Alex Parkinsonwhich he decided to transform into a fiction film.

An adaptation which retains the same title. Last Breath becomes a survival movie panting, in which Simu Liu (Shang-Chi) will try to rescue Finn Cole (Animal Kingdom) stuck all alone in the pitch black of deep waters… Woody Harrelson will also play the boss of the expedition who does not want to leave his man delivered to certain death

This should make for a thrilling film, based on a true story.

Last Breath will be released in American theaters on February 28, 2025, by Focus Features. No French date yet.
