Chilly temperatures for your Friday in Pittsburgh

FOOD TRUCK, BY THE WAY. JUST SWITCHING OVER TO FOR 49. GOOD FRIDAY MORNING AS YOU GET UP AND GET GOING THIS MORNING. WE DO HAVE A FEW FLAKES STILL FLYING AROUND. NOTHING TOO BAD, BUT KIND OF A NUISANCE FOR YOU, ESPECIALLY INTO LAWRENCE BEAVER AND BUTLER COUNTY ALONG FOR 22 STRETCHING UP NEAR SLIPPERY ROCK. WE SAW A FEW FLAKES UP INTO MERCER AND VENANGO. THAT’S CLIPPING NORTHERN PORTIONS OF ALLEGHENY COUNTY NEAR PINE TOWNSHIP. WEXFORD AREA WINDS HAVE DIED DOWN COMPARED TO YESTERDAY, BUT IT’S STILL BREEZY AND COOL OUT COMING OUT OF THE WEST HERE ABOUT 10 TO 20MPH. SO IT IS KNOCKING THOSE WIND CHILLS DOWN. FEELS LIKE IT’S 14 AS YOU WAKE UP IN PITTSBURGH, A TEN DEGREE WIND CHILL IN MONROEVILLE AND WASHINGTON TEN ALSO IN BUTLER. FEELS LIKE IT’S 13 AS YOU STEP OUT IN GREENSBURG AND UNIONTOWN AND 14 IN MORGANTOWN AND WAYNESBURG. SO AS WE LOOK AT YOUR FOUR DAY FORECAST, WE ARE GOING TO SEE THESE SNOW SHOWERS TAPER OFF AS WE CONTINUE THROUGH THE LATE MORNING AND EARLY AFTERNOON. BUT SATURDAY WILL STAY DRY. BUT STILL, THOSE FUTURE FEELS A WIND CHILL. SINGLE DIGITS, LOW TEENS IN THE MORNING. WE’RE STILL GOING TO FEEL LIKE WE’RE IN THE 20S THROUGHOUT THE DAY, BUT WE’LL HAVE A PRETTY DECENT WARM-UP FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR COMING SUNDAY AND MONDAY, WHICH MONDAY WILL BE OUR IMPACT DAY WITH RAIN SHOWERS ON THE WAY. SO LOOKING AT OUR FUTURE CAST RELATIVELY QUIET AROUND LUNCHTIME AGAIN, A LOT OF THOSE FLAKES WILL DRY OUT. HIGH PRESSURE IS GOING TO BUILD IN, SO IT’S GOING TO PUMP IN SOME DRIER AIR FOR US. WE’LL HAVE A FEW BREAKS IN THE CLOUDS, BUT MAINLY MOSTLY CLOUDY, PARTLY TO MOSTLY CLOUDY INTO THE OVERNIGHT SATURDAY. KICKING OFF DRY AND QUIET AGAIN. SEE SOME SUNSHINE MIXING IN INTO THE AFTERNOON BUT QUIET OVERNIGHT AND INTO EARLY PARTS OF SUNDAY. SUNDAY WE ARE GOING TO SEE SOME SUNSHINE TO START. A FEW CLOUDS WILL CONTINUE TO MIX IN THROUGH THE AFTERNOON, SO LOOKING AT YOUR 4-DAY PLUS 4 MORE FORECAST, WE ARE GOING TO JUMP INTO THE UPPER 40S. IF YOU’RE HEADING TO THE STEELERS GAME ON SUNDAY, 1:00 KICKOFF, BROWNS WILL BE IN TOWN. WE WILL SEE AGAIN SOME CLOUDS MIXING IN 43, BREEZY WITH SOME SUN AND CLOUDS AROUND FOURTH QUARTER STILL INTO THE UPPER SECONDS. SO MILD FOR US COMPARED TO THIS COLD SNAP WE’VE BEEN DEALING WITH. BUT AGAIN, WE DO HAVE AN IMPACT DAY ON MONDAY. DOES LOOK LIKE MOST OF THE MORE STEADY RAIN WILL BE DURING THE MORNING COMMUTE, AND THEN WE’LL STILL JUST HAVE A FEW LINGERING SHOWERS INTO THE AFTERNOON. NOW, THE TIMING OF THAT STILL COULD CHANGE A BIT, BUT OVERALL IT DOES LOOK LIKE MAINLY MONDAY MORNING WE’LL HAVE SOME OF THE BIGGEST IMPACTS AND WE’LL STILL SEE A CHANCE FOR A FEW SHOWERS ON TUESDAY. COULD HAVE A FEW FLURRIES AND NOTICE WE GO FROM THE 50S TO THE 30S ON WEDNESDAY. MUCH COOLER AIR WILL BE SETTLING BACK IN FO
