Sister Act 3 filming postponed by Maggie Smith's death

“We have to make some readjustments,” explains Whoopi Goldberg.

Mass has not yet been said. Sister Act 3, in development for months, is now at a standstill, following the death of Maggie Smith.

During an interview with Tonight Show by Jimmy Fallon, Whoopi Goldberg confirms that Sister Act 3 is still relevant today. But the star and producer explains that the script must be readjusted after the death of the English actress Harry Potter And Downton Abbeydied on September 27 at the age of 89.

“We have to make some adjustments because we just lost Maggie Smith, as you know. And finally we can get there. We will get there. It's a change.”

It should be noted that the production of Sister Act 3 was just waiting for Maggie Smith may be able to film to begin filming.
