Pennsylvania residents have days to register for the Nov. 5 General Election. We have all you need to know before election day. Like the online registration, it will be reviewed by a county elections office and a registration card will be sent once approved.The deadline to register to vote is Oct. 21.Pennsylvania offers applications in three languages.
