The Belgian actor Tatane still going strong at 64 years old…
The day after tomorrow will be his birthday. Jean-Claude Van Damme will blow out 64 candles. But the Belgian star of the martial arts film still has fries. Here he is again, taunting bad guys like in the old days, in Kill 'Em All 2.
It will indeed be a sequel. In 2017, JCVD already played Phillip, a hunted spy in Kill 'Em All (released under the title The Mark of Vengeance on VOD in France). He therefore takes up arms again seven years later and as its name suggests (“kill them all”), the film is not there to be fancy.
The trailer (below), with 1990s voiceover and scathing fight, confirms all this:
Kill 'Em All 2 is made by Valery Milev from a screenplay written by James Agnew. Jacqueline Fernandez, Peter Stormare and Maria Conchita Alonso are also in the cast.
“Retired spy Phillip and his long-lost daughter, Vanessa, live peacefully off the radar in Italy. But when their location is discovered by Vlad, the vengeful brother of their previous target, they must do whatever it takes. necessary to escape his merciless army” details the synopsis.
Kill 'Em All 2 will be released on November 18, 2024 on VOD. Jean-Claude Van Damme will then be The Gardener on Prime Video, in a French action film opposite Michaël Youn and Nawell Madani.
