Night Agent has a future on Netflix: season 3 already ordered

While season 2 is not expected until next year.

Bonus for Night Agent from Netflix: the streamer renewed the series and ordered season 3 even before the second season was broadcast. For what ?

Because the spy series that arrived on the platform on the sly has become a huge success. According to Netflix, season 1 of Night Agent was its most-watched series of 2023 (in terms of views) and the 7th most popular series of all time (98.2 million views in its first 91 days) on the network.

In season 1, second-rate FBI agent Peter Sutherland helped save the life of the American president. According to the season 2 synopsis, Peter va “working in the secret organization Night Action and propelling him into a world where danger is everywhere and trust is rare.”

Season 2 will bring back Gabriel Basso in the leading role, surrounded by Luciane Buchanan, Amanda Warren, Arienne Mandi, Louis Herthum, Berto Colon, Brittany Snow, Teddy Sears, Michael Malarkey, Keon Alexander, Navid Negahban, Rob Heaps, Marwan Kenzari, Elise Kibler and Dikran Tulaine. Release expected in winter 2025 on Netflix.

By then, Sony Pictures Television will begin filming season 3 of Night Agentat the end of the year in Istanbul. Production will continue in New York in 2025.
