Alex Cross returns to series on Prime Video: trailer

The detective created by James Patterson will return in the guise of Aldis Hodge.

Prime Video has just released the trailer (below) for the new adaptation of James Patterson's bestselling books, which will be simply called Cross. It is Aldis Hodgerecently crossed in Black Adam (he played Hawkman), who here reprises the role made famous by Morgan Freeman In The Collector (1997) and The Spider's Mask (2001) at the cinema.

Alex Cross is a detective and forensic psychologist, capable of delving into the psyches of killers and their victims, in order to identify and ultimately capture the murderers.

The series Cross is described as a “complex, twisted and thrilling thriller.

AlongsideAldis Hodgewe will see in the cast Isaiah Mustafa, Juanita Jennings, Alona Tal, Samantha Walkes, Caleb Elijah, Melody Hurd, Jennifer Wigmore, Eloise Mumford and Ryan Eggold.

Created by Ben Watkinsthe series Cross will debut on November 14 on Prime Video. A season 2 has already been ordered.
