A slightly crazy sci-fi comedy, it will put Robert Pattinson in the shoes of Mickey, a loser who decides to start his life over as an “expendable”, that is to say “a disposable employee, part of a human expedition sent to colonize an ice world called Niflheim. After each of his deaths, a new body is regenerated each time, with most of Mickey's memories.”

The director of Snowpiercer: The Snowpiercer (2013) and Okja (2017) clearly created a funny futuristic fable, boosted by stunning visual effects and a star-studded cast: Naomi Ackie, Steven Yeun, Toni Collette or even Mark Ruffalo complete the cast.
Mickey 17 will be released in theaters on January 29, 2025 in France.
