The series will arrive in Japan in a month.
It's almost time for Songoku's 40th anniversary. And for the occasion, Dragon Ball will be making a comeback with a new anime: Dragon Ball Daima. Announced last year, the series now has a release date.
Episode 1 of Dragon Ball Daima will be broadcast from Friday, October 11 and in the late evening since it will be at 11:40 p.m. in Japan, on Fuji TV. A strange slot for the cartoon, which will therefore be broadcast every Friday at the start of the night.

According to Mantan Web, the announcement was made by Nakajima Yuichithe programming director of Fuji Television, who justifies : “Since this is a new work, we want it to air on a national channel. Until now, it was aired on Sunday mornings, but Sunday mornings are not accessible nationally. We are also aiming for a time slot that Dragon Ball fans and the target audience can easily watch.”
For now, Dragon Ball Daima does not yet have a broadcaster in France.
Nakajima Yuichi also confirmed that production work on all episodes of Dragon Ball Daima was finished. Episode 1 will be XXL since it will last about thirty minutes a priori.
