Slow Horses: Season 4 unveils its explosive trailer

Featuring a glimpse of Hugo Weaving as the new villain.

Back to the stable for Gary Oldman. The excellent spy series, Slow Horsesannounces its return. The trailer for season 4, adapted from “Spook Street”, the fourth novel in Mick Herron's literary series, has just been released online by Apple. The video shows that a terrorist explosion in a shopping mall will kick off this season 4, revealing secrets that will shake the already unstable foundations of “Slough House”.

This time it is Hugo Weaving (Matrix, Lord of the Rings, V for Vendetta…) who will be the big bad guy of the series, in the skin of a sociopath in the process of building an army of killers. While Jackson Lamb (Oldman) and his team will visibly be targeted, Kristin Scott Thomas will attempt to manage the crisis within MI5.

The first episode of season 4 of Slow Horses will be available from Wednesday, September 4 on Apple TV+, followed by a new episode every Wednesday until October 9. The series is also available in France on Canal +.
